Viswasam Road to 200 Crores Worldwide Total Gross

Viswasam released along with Rajinikanth starrer Petta, the Ajith starrer movie dominated the box office. The film earned INR 200 at the box office worldwide. The statistics tweeted by Ramesh Bala,Trade analyst:

Tamilnadu  INR 139 Crores, 

AndhraPradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka & Rest Of India - INR 18 Crores

Overseas - INR 43 Crores

Total Gross - INR 200 Crores

The film released on January 10 as the holiday weekend Pongal release. The intense emotional family drama film performed well at the box office. Director Siva, made fourth collaboration with Ajith after Veeram,Vedhalam and Vivegam. KJR studios tweeted and shared about the film as biggest blockbuster in Tamil cinema.
