The Fantastic Beasts sequel is expected to have solid outing for the opening weekend, though the projections state lesser opening comparing to the first part of the film. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is releasing on November 16 after the highly successful sequel with the help of the wizarding franchise name.
The eight part Harry Potter series is a worldwide blockbuster franchise and the current Fantastic Beast films are set to happen during 1920’s, a period before the Harry Potter events took place. With high anticipations lying on the film, the opening weekend collection is projected to be around $70 million as per early predictions.
The trailers of the film created enough buzz for the highly entertaining sequel and Johnny Depp who was seen in a climax shot of the first film, he plays as the man antagonist Grindelwald in the upcoming film. Jude Law plays the much talked about young role of Dumbledore, the professor of Wizard school in Harry Potter films.
David Yates who directed a lot of Harry Potter films is helming the sequel too, while the story is written by J.K. Rowling as always. Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol play the lead role from the first part while actress Claudia Kim play the role of Nagini which went into controversies after the final trailer release.
