Halloween crosses 200 million at Worldwide Box office, Highest for the Franchise

Halloween Reboot which emerged as the top grossing film of the franchise ever, with just its opening weekend itself is making huge numbers at the box office. Made with around $15 million budget, the film has collected $200 million globally so far. The huge success is due to the connectivity with fans by making a perfect Halloween film perfectly dealing with the memory of the franchise fans.

The domestic figure stands at $140 million and $65 million internationally with 5 more markets waiting to have its release. Jamie Lee Curtis played the lead role in the film who is also the one who starred in the first Halloween film and she seems very happy about the film’s success. Halloween dominated the box office since its release and topped the global box office for the past two weekends.

Adjusting the films of Halloween franchise for inflations, the latest film is sure to emerge as the biggest hit of franchise beating the first film. Being the only franchise horror film that satisfied wide range audience in the U.S. it also became the third highest grossing horror title of this year behind A Quiet Place and The Nun. This opened the doors for possible sequels by marking a great comeback for the franchise which was falling earlier.
