Sonakshi Sinha,Maduri Dixit,Alia Bhatt first look poster from the period drama Kalank has been released and has a classic charm to it. Describing Sonakshi character, Karan Johar wrote on Twitter "She is pure,elegant and filled with love.Here's Satya." Madhuri Dixit described her character as "The one who is an ocean of Love" Alia Bhatt mentioned her as"the one who holds the family together."

Sonakshi expressed her views as "Its a wrap for me on Kalank.. a project i am proud to be a part of! Cant wait for you all to see it".  The next Alia Bhatt plays Roop in this period drama.
