Rollins said that every cancer has unique characteristics in accordance with the gene of a person. The deeper knowledge of those characteristics could improve the clinicians to diagnose the disease and mark the target for the treatment. Apart from the genetic profiling DNA tests will also make an immense contribution to individual level cancer therapy.

She said that while entering the targeted cancer treatment under the lead of genetic profile there will be a long ray of hope for preventing worst consequences of cancer treatment and it will be like a new positive era in cancer treatment.
