JioPhone 2 Sale Starts On August 15 And Old JioPhone Offer Price Is Rs 501

Monsoon Hungama Offer has been announced by Ambani on the JioPhone that was released last year. This announcement is made in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and he also stated that Jio has crossed 200 million subscriber mark within just 22 months from September 2016.

The Jiophone which is priced at Rs.1500 can be purchased at Rs. 501 now by availing this offer that will be available from July 21, 2018, while the sale of new JioPhone 2 will be starting from August 15, 2018, at the price of just Rs. 2,999.

JioPhone is launching with dual sim, VoLTE support as special features and built-with QWERTY Keypads against the old T9-style, BlackBerry-style 4-way navigations keys and pre-installed Jio apps that include JioTV, JioMusic and JioCinema and also supports 24 Indian languages. NFC, voice assistant and voice command support for Whatsapp, Facebook and YouTube are the additional features that are notable. Other than these, other features are similar in both the models.

JioPhone 2 shall also be having WhatsApp feature and will be a competitor to Nokia 8110 banana like feature phone and other low-end smartphones.
