UN Climate Change Conference on Sunday with 200 delegates from all Nations

The researchers' continuous alerts of global warming and the greenhouse gas emissions had brought all the countries in the world to meet and find a solution for the global problem. After three years of global warming conference that was held in Paris in 2015, UN Climate Change Conference with 200 spokespersons from all nations met this Sunday at the coal city of Katowice in Southern Poland.
Patricia Espinosa, the UN�s climate chief said in the meeting that this is an urgent conference and the decision making should be carefully made that this problem should be completely solved by 2020. The global politics prevailing now threatens the globe and this urgent meeting becomes inevitable.
President Trump and other world leader's fossil-fuel friendly policies that had to worsen the global warming problem. Michael Wara, director of the Climate and Energy Policy program at Stanford University says there should be united efforts needed from all nations of the world. Laurent Fabius of France and four other former presidents of UN, who led negotiations for the Paris agreement three years back, now urged for immediate action.
Biggest polluter China confirmed their commitment to the Paris agreement, considering their national circumstances. Brazil had withdrawn its offer to host the 2019 talks. Coal, the most carbon-intensive fossil fuel, bring forth about 80% of Poland's power and provides employment to many. Only last week Poland had planned to invest in new coal fuel, and it has future plans to obtain about 60% of its power from coal in 2030.
Michal Kurtyka, Poland�s environmental envoy, who in the United Nations meeting said there should be cooperation and agreement from all nations to act together on climate change. The meeting is designed to discuss how well the countries are implementing their commitment in Paris agreement to reduce global warming. Sarmad, U.N. Climate Change secretary states that they expect mutual consents and initiative step from both government and private sector alike.
